Five stars isn’t enough. This office is awesome! Such lovely staff. We never feel rushed and are always welcomed with smiles. Dr Gallagher and Jessi are one of a kind (so caring, honest and down to earth).

We have been seeing Dr.Gallagher for a little over a year with my first kiddo. When it comes to my baby, I have very high standards and I feel as though this office, its staff, and its doctors have exceeded those expectations with every visit. I cannot even explain how many questions I come in with for our regularly scheduled check ups because I am a first time mom and I work in Child Welfare in my professional life. And each and every time Dr.Gallagher answers them all, provides examples and clear data, and most importantly, never makes me feel like any of my questions or worries are silly or unreasonable (even though I KNOW some of them are!). We are never rushed or dismissed and we always leave feeling validated and better informed! Over the last year, we have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes after our arrival to be seen. We are always put into a room as soon as we arrive, and the staff have always been friendly and approachable. Additionally, today, my little one fell ill for the very first time. I called the after hours line and was connected with Alicia who was SO kind and so compassionate to my concerns. Within an hour and half I received a call back (which I feel was an appropriate length of time related to the symptoms my kiddo was experiencing) from Nurse Mary who also was incredibly kind, understanding, and informative. I was given detailed and clearly sound medical advice in regard to how to best support my kiddo. I am so grateful to the team here and highly recommend them!

Amazing practice! We have been clients are there for over ten years and absolutely love the entire medical staff.

I love this place. We have since moved 40 minutes away and I still make the drive. I am always able to get a sameday appointment when I need one and the wait is never long. My biggest peeve is being held captive at a doctors office. That’s never happened here. Dr. Thomas is great. She was so impressed with how my 4 year old handled her shots she gave her an electric toothbrush. At my first appointment after I stopped breastfeeding my youngest she immediately recognized the changed and gave me 4 tins of formula. They also have a 24/7 triage nurse available. All the negative reviews seem to be because of one doctor- Dr. Tilt. My youngest has seen her once when Thomas wasn’t available. Our experience was pleasant but our appointment was nothing complicated.

Dr Meera is highly knowledgeable and great listener, I take both my kids to Dr Meera from Day-1, her staff is very nice and friendly.. Mooresville is blessed to have such a great Dr and pediatrician center :)

We've been with this practice for 15 years and have had Dr. Gallagher as our children's primary doctor. We've had nothing but great experiences. Our oldest son just moved to our family care doctor, but always makes sure to go with his younger siblings to visit his favorite pediatric nurses and doctors. Great Job, Team!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gallagher and nurse Jessie for both of my kids since they were born (age 4 & 1). Every trip has been great. I’m surprised to see such bad reviews, but then again everyone is more eager to share a bad experience than good nowadays. When I was a new mom Dr. Gallagher was pleasant and answered every silly question I could think of and reassured me in every aspect of my kids health. I always feel assured when I call ahead of time to ask whether I should bring my boys to be seen or not. I also saw Dr. Tilt as my backup doctor for when Dr. Gallagher wasn’t available on my no appointment call in days. She also did both of my boys circumcisions with no complications. She’s a little more direct and to the point but very professional. The front staff could be a little bit more welcoming but other than that, I’ve had no issues with my doctors.
